Delivery/Collection

  • *Free Local Delivery  IP5 3*, IP10, IP11, IP12 1*, IP12 4* Only (minimum order £49)
  • Local delivery orders placed before 5pm will usually be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 5pm will usually be delivered on the following working day (for a more accurate time please call, text or WhatsApp message.)
  • Local deliveries are usually made Monday-Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays), but sometimes may take place at weekends.
  • Collection from store – We will hold your reserved items for 5 days from the date of payment. If you don’t collect your items from store within 5 days we will give you a full refund through the payment method that was originally used.
  • **Deliveries that include Livestock & Frozen Foods will require someone to accept delivery**
  • Currently, we are unable to ship livestock and frozen items to non-local postcodes. Any orders containing these items will have them refunded.
  • While we don’t normally offer a courier service, we’re happy to help you out if we can. Just email or WhatsApp us with what you’d like to order and your postcode. We will weigh the items and get a direct DPD quote for you.
  • How it works if you want to proceed: Once you agree to the delivery charge, we will temporarily update our website to accept your postcode. You can then log on, place your order, and pay as normal!
  • We aim to post non local orders ‘Next working day’ subject to stock availability.  Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Monday.
  • Courier delivery times vary. We aim for deliveries to take 3-5 days, but may take up to 30 days.
  • Christmas Courier Delivery –  The last day to place non-local courier orders for delivery by Christmas Day is 5 working days before Christmas. (We use a third party courier for all non local deliveries and once we have posted your items we shall not be liable for any delays in delivery times beyond our reasonable control)
  • Please ensure that you have given correct and up to date delivery details as we will not be liable for delivery to an incorrect address.
  • If an order exceeds weight or postcode restrictions we will cancel your order and refund payment.

(Any delivery days/dates/times stated on our website and/or in your acknowledgement email are not guaranteed.  We aim to deliver local orders ‘Next working day’.  Our Local delivery days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. (Excluding Bank Holidays).
