4.2. You must be over 18 to purchase livestock with no exceptions.
4.3. By placing an order through our website it is deemed that you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions. All orders placed through the website will be subject to our acceptance. Once you have placed your order and your payment method has been accepted, you will receive an order acknowledgment email. You must notify us immediately if you notice any errors on your acknowledgement email.
4.4. Special Orders (Back Orders) – Non Stocked special order/back order items are subject to availability from our suppliers and may take longer than expected to arrive. If you would like an update on your order please contact us by email on sales@conkerspets.co.uk
4.5. Regarding purchases of KONG products made with Conkers Pets, as per the guidance issued by KONG under ‘KONG Clicks Criteria For Websites’ (Paragraph 1 (a)), we [Conkers Pets], and not KONG, are making the sale to the customer.
5.0. Pricing, availability, payments, processing.
5.1. Prices are liable to change on the website at any time. Orders already processed before any price changes will not be affected.
5.2. We try our best to keep our website up to date and free from pricing errors but from time to time inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed by you based on any errors or inaccurate pricing on our website. If this is the case we may contact you with the correct information and give you the choice to cancel or confirm the new payment amount. Please make sure all personal information is up to date, if we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled and any payments made fully refunded.
5.3. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate (for all VAT eligible products). Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process and it is your responsibility to choose the correct shipping/collection method. All delivery charges can be found on the ‘Delivery/Collection’ page of our website.
5.4. Unfortunately, there may be occasions when a product you ordered is out of stock. We will notify you immediately about the unavailable item and provide an estimate of when it is expected to be restocked, or whether permanently out of stock. If you have ordered other items, we will offer you the option to wait for the out of stock item, receive a refund for the out of stock item, or cancel your entire order for a full refund.
5.5. Website orders are subject to weight restrictions. If your order exceeds the weight limit we will notify you immediately and cancel your entire order for a full refund.

If your order is not accepted you will be refunded any payments made. Once your order is accepted you will receive an acknowledgement email. 6.0. Delivery
6.0. Any delivery days/dates/times stated on our website and/or in your acknowledgement email are not guaranteed. We aim to deliver local [postcodes ‘IP10’ ‘IP11’] orders ‘Next working day’. Our Local delivery days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). We may occasionally deliver local orders on Saturday and Sunday without prior notice. We use a third party courier for all non local deliveries and shall not be liable for any delays in delivery times beyond our reasonable control.
6.1. All delivery charges can be found on the ‘Delivery/Collection’ page of our website. Delivery charges are subject to change at any time, orders already processed before the change will not be affected.
6.2. We aim to post non local, courier orders ‘Next working day’ subject to stock availability. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Monday.
6.3. Glass Aquariums are to be visually checked before accepting on the day of delivery, breakages are not covered once accepted.
6.4. Deliveries that include Livestock & Frozen Foods will require someone to accept delivery.
6.5. If you are unable to accept local delivery in person, excluding those items listed in terms “‘6.0 Delivery’ ‘6.3’, ‘6.4’” you must notify us of a safe delivery location. If you fail to inform us of a safe location, your goods will be delivered to a place that we deem to be safe.
6.6. Once goods have been delivered or we have received the delivery confirmation from our courier the goods will be at your risk.
